Job summary

Crenlo Engineered Cabs in Rochester, MN is seeking a warehouse associate to stock weld and assembly lines, unload and load trucks, and maintain stock integrity across the plant.

You will withdraw, transfer, and deliver parts, receive items, and ensure accurate stock levels and workflow. The role requires forklift competence, reliability, and ability to coordinate with multiple departments daily.

Qualifications

  • A good command of the English language is required, both written and spoken.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills are required.
  • Possess strong analytical abilities.
  • Be able to operate a forklift efficiently, be self-motivated/self-starter and have computer knowledge or capability of learning to use computers and RF units.
  • Ability to work with supervision from other departments on a daily basis.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain clean and neat work area.
  • Perform other jobs within the department or plant as required by supervision.

GENERAL SUMMARY

Keep both weld lines and assembly lines stocked with the items they need. Unload and load trucks when needed.

Physical Requirements

Must be able to physically perform essential functions of the job. Must be able to regularly lift and/or move up to 50 lbs., and occasionally up to 100 lbs. Typically requires sitting on a regular basis, and standing, walking, stooping, crouching, kneeling, reaching and handling. Specific vision requirements include depth perception, color vision, and peripheral vision.



Working Conditions

Frequently exposed to noise, odors, dust and chemicals. Typically requires the use of a forklift. Safety glasses, steel-toed shoes with metatarsal protection, seatbelts and gloves are required.
