Job summary

Lake Country Manufacturing, Inc. is seeking a reliable general labor worker with good work ethics and quality focus. The role requires reading and speaking English and involves standing or sitting for an 8-hour shift with rotating stations.

The position is full-time with a Monday–Friday shift from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM and 40 hours per week. Training is provided on multiple processes and basic measurement skills are needed. Benefits include 401k, medical, dental, and more.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read and speak English.
• Must have strong basic mathematics skills.
• Ability to learn on a computer using ShopTrak system.
• Willingness to stand or sit for an 8-hour shift and rotate through stations.

Responsibilities

• Execute daily work instructions from supervisor promptly.
• Log in/out of orders and work on different processes in ShopTrak.
• Maintain productivity while ensuring high quality standards.
• Operate basic measuring devices and read a ruler to 1/16" and 3/4".
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs and use manual material handling equipment safely.
• Keep the work area clean, safe, and organized.

Job description

Lake Country Manufacturing, Inc is looking for a reliable and adaptable general labor worker with strong work ethics and an eye for quality. The need for being able to read and speak English is important in this role. Due to the nature of our products, the work is not physically demanding. This position will require the employee to stand or sit depending on station for 8 hours daily. Employees are rotated and cross trained on different stations regularly to increase productivity and efficiency.

We are looking for full time employees that can commit to consistently being present for the shift time below.

• 8 Hour Shift: Monday - Friday 7:00AM - 3:30PM

Duties

• Execute daily work instructions received from supervisor in a timely manner
• Ability to learn on a computer, working in our ShopTrak environment, where the employee logs in and out of orders, working on different processes
• Work effectively to meet or exceed productivity goals while maintaining high quality standards
• Must have strong basic mathematics skills
• Must be able to effectively utilize basic measuring devices. Read a ruler to 1/16" and 3/4"
• Lift and carry merchandises as needed. Materials can weigh up to 50 lbs
• Operate manual material handling equipment such as hand jacks and wheeled carts safely
• Maintain the work area clean, safe, and organized
