Job summary

Lake Country Manufacturing, Inc is looking for a reliable and adaptable general labor worker with strong work ethics and an eye for quality. The position involves standing or sitting at a station for 8-10 hours daily and rotating across stations for productivity.

Full-time schedule given: 40 hours per week, starting pay $17 per hour with a Monday–Friday 7:00AM–3:30PM shift. Overtime is available based on workload, typically optional.

Qualifications

• Must have strong basic mathematics skills.
• Ability to read a ruler to 1/16" and 3/4".
• Ability to learn multiple machines operations and work well with others.

Responsibilities

• Execute daily work instructions received from supervisor in a timely manner.
• Work effectively to meet or exceed productivity goals while maintaining high quality standards.
• Must have strong basic mathematics skills.
• Ability to learn multiple machines operations and work well with others.
• Must be able to effectively utilize basic measuring devices. Read a ruler to 1/16" and 3/4".
• Lift and carry merchandise as needed. Materials can weigh up to 50 lbs.
• Operate manual material handling equipment such as hand jacks and wheeled carts safely.
• Maintain the work area clean, safe, and organized.
