Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor multiple machines and workstations within an assigned production cell.
• Perform machine setups, adjustments, and minor maintenance to keep production flowing.
• Conduct first-piece and in-process inspections to ensure quality standards are met.
• Load and unload materials and components safely and efficiently.
• Complete production and quality documentation accurately.
• Identify and report equipment or quality issues while assisting with troubleshooting.
• Cross-train on multiple operations within the production cell.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment using 5S principles.
• Work closely with teammates to achieve daily production and quality goals.
