Mancan is seeking a skilled Manual/CNC Machinist for 1st shift in Sebring, OH. This temp-to-hire opportunity requires operating manual and CNC lathes on medium to large parts and reading blueprints.

Responsibilities include setup, inspection for tolerances, crane material handling, and maintaining a safe, organized work area. Pay up to $29/hour based on experience with good long-term benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience operating manual and CNC lathes.
• Ability to read mechanical drawings and blueprints.
• Experience with precision measuring instruments.
• Must provide own machinist tools.
• Valid driver\'s license.
• Reliable attendance and strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Operate manual and CNC lathes on medium to large-sized parts.
• Load and unload materials using overhead cranes.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
• Measure and inspect finished products to ensure tolerances and quality standards are met.
• Set up and adjust machines as needed.
• Maintain a safe and organized work area.
