Gtrjobs in Columbus, OH is seeking an experienced CNC Machinist for 1st shift (7:30 AM – 4:00 PM, Monday–Friday). The role focuses on operating Hurco 3-Axis CNC and Leadwell lathe, reading blueprints, and producing parts to print with tight tolerances.

Qualifications

• CNC machining experience is required.
• Ability to read blueprints/prints is required.
• Strong math skills and ability to work with tolerances.
• Proficient with precision measuring equipment.
• Hurco/Leadwell experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate Hurco 3-Axis CNC machining equipment.
• Operate Leadwell CNC lathe.
• Read and interpret blueprints, prints, drawings, and specifications.
• Set up and operate CNC equipment as required.
• Monitor and adjust machining operations to meet specs.
• Inspect finished parts for conformance to drawings and quality standards.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Follow all safety and quality procedures.
