Job summary

Bachoco USA is seeking a 1st Shift Maintenance & Wastewater Supervisor for the Albertville, AL location. This role oversees maintenance technicians, ensures preventive maintenance programs, and coordinates with contractors and the Maintenance Manager on projects.

You will maintain training records, safety programs, and log records while driving continuous improvements in equipment and facility performance. The position is safety-sensitive and requires strong leadership and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising up to 20 maintenance staff.
• Experience with preventive maintenance and facilities improvements.
• Safety-conscious with knowledge of safety programs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the work performed by maintenance technicians.
• Ensure preventive maintenance and work orders are completed properly.
• Collaborate with contractors and Maintenance Manager on projects and safety compliance.

Education

One-year certificate from college or technical school; or six to twelve months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
