Job summary

Tru Vue Inc. in Minnesota is hiring a Maintenance Technician for 1st shift (Mon–Fri, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM) at $24.01–$27.00/hour. You will troubleshoot and repair manufacturing equipment, perform preventative maintenance, and support mechanical, electrical, and controls systems.

Reading wiring diagrams and blueprints, using hand and power tools, and documenting work are essential. Safety and organization matter in this role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Manufacturing or industrial maintenance experience.
• Mechanical or electrical troubleshooting experience is a plus.
• Comfortable using hand and power tools.
• Ability to read wiring diagrams and blueprints.
• Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn.
• Ability to lift and maneuver up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair manufacturing equipment.
• Perform preventative maintenance and equipment repairs.
• Work with motors, pumps, gearboxes, robotics, and other mechanical equipment.
• Assist with electrical and controls troubleshooting.
• Use hand and power tools.
• Read wiring diagrams and blueprints.
• Document maintenance work and parts used.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area.
