Job summary

Tru Vue Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician for the 1st shift (Mon–Fri, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM) in Faribault, MN. You will troubleshoot and repair manufacturing equipment, perform preventive maintenance, and keep machinery running safely and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Manufacturing or industrial maintenance experience.
• Mechanical or electrical troubleshooting experience is a plus.
• Comfortable using hand and power tools.
• Ability to read wiring diagrams and blueprints.
• Strong problem solving skills and willingness to learn.
• Ability to lift and maneuver up to 50 pounds.

1st Shift | Monday through Friday | 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM

$24.01 to $27.00/hour

Tru Vue is looking for a Maintenance Technician to join our 1st shift team. This is a hands on role supporting our manufacturing equipment by troubleshooting problems, performing preventative maintenance, and keeping equipment running safely and efficiently.
