Job summary

TLD America is seeking a Maintenance Worker to help keep our aviation and aerospace equipment, buildings, and property in top condition. The role focuses on scheduled inspections, routine upkeep, and timely repairs across machinery and facilities, using a range of trades including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC support.

Monday–Friday 6:00am–3:30pm, first shift, with safety and quality at the forefront.

Qualifications

Forklift certification is a plus for handling material safely.
Knowledge of industrial electrical fixtures and their proper usage.
Knowledge of electrical wiring similar to automotive or industrial systems.
Ability to prioritize tasks based on company needs and safety priorities.

Responsibilities

Perform scheduled inspections and repairs on machinery and properties.
Perform routine maintenance on grounds, parking areas, driveways, etc.
Perform routine maintenance and repair on the facility and equipment, including plumbing, plastering, electrical, carpentry, mechanical, etc.
Determine necessary work on buildings and equipment including HVAC systems, building and equipment work.
Perform unscheduled maintenance tasks as directed.
Follow established safety procedures and precautions when performing maintenance service.
Maintain general plant and facility standards, ensuring a safe, clean and orderly environment.
Assure maintenance supplies have been replenished in work areas as necessary.
