Job summary

gpac is seeking a First Shift Maintenance Technician for our food manufacturing client. You will troubleshoot and repair equipment to keep production lines moving and perform preventative maintenance to minimize downtime.

In this role, you’ll work on conveyors, processing equipment, packaging lines, and related systems, collaborating with production to improve reliability. The position offers a first-shift schedule, a competitive hourly rate with a weekly attendance bonus, and room to grow

• Meat processing experience is a big bonus
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
