Job summary

Lexington Manufacturing, LLC is seeking a 1st Shift Maintenance Tech III in Brainerd to maintain and troubleshoot complex equipment, perform installations, and support building systems. The role requires a 2-year technical degree or equivalent experience and hands-on skills with electrical and mechanical systems.

Candidate will work on CNC programming basics, PLCs/RTUs, VFDs, HMI systems, and safety procedures. Benefits include comprehensive coverage, PTO, retirement plan, and profit sharing.

Qualifications

• Education: 2-year tech degree, and/or 5 years of previous experience.
• Experience in manufacturing environment preferred; mechanical, pneumatics, hydraulics, machining, welding, electrical, plumbing, and building maintenance experience.
• Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and measuring devices.

Responsibilities

• Performs maintenance and troubleshooting on equipment, including electrical and mechanical issues.
• Builds and installs complex mechanical components on equipment using a welder, mill and lathe.
• Performs preventive maintenance and inspections on equipment and building systems.
• Installs, programs, inspects, troubleshoots, and adjusts electrical and mechanical equipment and related systems.
• Responds to emergency callouts and maintains safety and documentation.
