• Lean Six Sigma training beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Manage preventive and predictive maintenance programs, maintenance line support, and department/plant budgets.
• Coordinate plant shutdown assignments and support capital projects.
• Directly select, train, and supervise employees; review performance and develop growth plans.
• Lead capital plant projects or process-improvement initiatives; ensure safety and regulatory compliance.
