Qualifications

• Skilled in PLC troubleshooting with the ability to read schematics.
• Proven experience in industrial meat slicing and packaging.
• Advanced mechanical and electrical skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance and daily inspections.
• Troubleshoot issues and repair production equipment.
• Evaluate performance and supervise staff.
