Job summary

Aspire Talent Solutions in Wisconsin is seeking a Maintenance Superintendent for the 1st shift to lead a team of maintenance supervisors and drive reliability across production lines. You will implement preventive and predictive maintenance, TPM, and SAP PM, reducing downtime and improving equipment uptime while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance in a fast-paced food manufacturing plant.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four‑year college or university.
3+ years’ relevant experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Food manufacturing experience.
Maintenance Supervisory experience.
Experience leading training, coaching or mentoring staff.
Advanced technical skills in mechanical/electrical fields (PLCs, instrumentation).
Ability to lead resource planning in a large manufacturing environment.
Knowledge of world-class maintenance systems (PM, TPM, SAP).
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Drive peak performance of maintenance systems and minimize costs.
Lead RCA, RCM, and TPM to maximize plant capacity.
Schedule work, reduce downtime, and boost efficiency while cutting costs.
Lead and mentor the maintenance team.
Promote safety and regulatory compliance across the plant.
Be the go-to problem solver for daily operational challenges.
Collaborate with Plant Engineer on a top-tier PM/PP maintenance program using SAP PM.
Analyze data and continuously improve equipment reliability and uptime.
Track KPI and drive continuous improvement across maintenance.
