Job summary

Markent Personnel in Wisconsin is seeking a Maintenance Superintendent – 1st shift to lead a team of maintenance supervisors and drive the plant’s maintenance strategy. You will implement preventive and predictive maintenance, TPM, and SAP PM, aiming to minimize downtime and keep production running at full capacity.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of maintenance supervision in food manufacturing, with strong leadership, problem‑solving, and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited four‑year college.
• 3+ years’ maintenance supervisory experience in manufacturing.
• Food manufacturing experience.
• Strong leadership and problem‑solving skills.
• Proficient in SAP PM; knowledge of TPM, PM, preventive maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance systems to maximize plant performance and minimize costs.
• Oversee Root Cause Analysis, Reliability-Centered Maintenance and TPM.
• Schedule work, reduce downtime, and improve efficiency.
• Direct and develop the maintenance team through coaching and mentoring.
• Ensure safety compliance and enforce company policies.
• Collaborate with Plant Engineer on Preventive/ Predictive programs using SAP PM.
• Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement.
