Job summary

FSSI - Financial Statement Services Inc. in Santa Ana, CA, is hiring a full-time Mail Sorter/Operator for the 1st shift (05:00 am - 1:30 pm). You will sort mail from insert machinery in a high-volume production environment and support machine operators with setup and material handling.

The role requires standing for long periods, repetitive lifting up to 40 pounds, and flexibility for overtime or weekend shifts during peak production cycles. Prior Pitney Bowes experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of related experience in a fast-paced production/manufacturing environment.
• Experience operating Pitney Bowes FPS, MPS or Epic is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Transfer sealed envelopes from insert machines to mail trays.
• Ensure all envelopes are stamped and sealed.
• Confirm mailing addresses and micro numbers are visible in envelope windows.
• Physically move filled mail trays and place them onto pallets.
• Sort at more than one machine at a time.
• Lift, move, pull and push up to 40 pounds.
