Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; 1–3 years related experience.
• Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Forklift certification required or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate machinery including small mechanical press breaks and punch presses.
• Perform first piece inspection to ensure parts meet specifications.
• Read parts lists, blueprints, and drawings.
• Carry out routine maintenance and complete required paperwork.
