Filtration Group is looking for a Production Associate.

Responsibilities
  1. Under general supervision, perform a variety of tasks requiring a good working knowledge of assembly techniques, materials, tools, machines, and equipment, including folding, assembling, labeling, laying or rolling stock, inspecting, cutting, and boxing, at efficiency standards dictated by the department.
  2. Immediately report to supervisor or group leader any unusual material, equipment problems, or work conditions that would hinder operations, deviate from quality standards, good manufacturing practices, or safety standards.
  3. Work from product specifications or manuals to ensure a quality product. Inspect work as needed.
  4. Ability to move between job functions of operations with some ease.
  5. Perform simple, routine, and repetitive tasks using standard procedures.
  6. Maintain housekeeping in the assigned work area during production runs and at the end of the shift.
  7. Perform all duties safely, wearing required personal protective equipment, such as gloves, apron, safety glasses, back support, etc.
  8. Observe all safety rules and immediately report hazards to the supervisor.
  9. Be punctual and present at work daily.
  10. Follow all company rules and regulations as outlined in the Employee Handbook or department policy.
  11. Perform other duties as required.

Qualifications
  • Minimum Qualifications:

    • Able to perform tasks in a standing position for long periods of time.
    • Able to reach, bend, lift (up to 50 lbs.), twist, squat, push, and pull.
    • Good manual dexterity and eye-hand coordination.
  • Preferred Qualifications:

    • Able to speak, read, and write in English (highly desired).
    • High school diploma or equivalent (highly desired).
    • Manufacturing experience (strongly preferred).
