Job summary

Alleguard in Monticello, AR is seeking a Machine Operator to work under the Production Supervisor and gain hands-on experience with EPS manufacturing processes. The role involves operating hot wire cutting lines, maintaining efficient workflow, and adhering to safety procedures.

The position offers a Monday–Friday schedule from 7:00am to 3:30pm with potential shifts based on production needs. Candidates should be comfortable with physical tasks, able to lift up to 50 lbs, and ready to contribute

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of age.
• Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Operate hot wire cutting lines with consistent workflow to maximize efficiency and follow safety policies.
• Stretch wrap bundles and palletize as needed.
• Track block numbers for traceability.
• Use tape measure/ruler to verify dimensions.
• Move between lines as production requires.
• Drive the line and maintain steady throughput.

Job Summary

We are seeking a Machine Operator to work under our Production Supervisor. In this role, you will gain hands-on experience and practical knowledge of EPS manufacturing processes.

Pay:

$14 USD/HR

Schedule

• Monday through Friday
• 7am-3:30pm
• Flexibility is a must – hours subject to change based on production needs

Responsibilities

• Machine operator for hot wire cutting lines with efficient consistent workflow to maximize efficiency while adhering to company policies and safety procedures.
• Stretch wrap bundles as needed/palletizing.
• Track block numbers.
• Tape measure/ruler knowledge.
• Adaptive to change (Moving from one line to another).
• Drives the line.

Physical Demands

• Position may require periods of intense physical exertion in conditions of low to high temperatures and humidity.
• Position requires the ability to stand, bend, and stretch over extended periods of time during a normal work shift.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
• Position may require periods of intense physical exertion in conditions of low to high temperatures and humidity.
• Ability to perform duties in a high-temperature environment (150-170 degrees Fahrenheit) for short periods of time (typically less than 5 minutes).
