Responsibilities

• Perform production operations including machining using heat guns, press, saws, hot wire equipment, ovens and water jets.
• Laminating and routing equipment.
• Machine set up, die changes, and tooling changes as needed.
• Complete and understand required production documents to ensure products match customer requirements.
• Monitor machinery and inspect parts visually to ensure quality requirements are achieved.
• Report any discrepancies or issues to supervisor.
• Perform all other duties as assigned or needed.
• Comply with all safety procedures including proper lifting mechanics, lock out-tag out, forklift operation, and use of protective equipment.

Machine Operators Needed in Grand Rapids on 1st Shift!

Arrow Staffing is currently hiring machine operators for a foam manufacturer by the Grand Rapids airport. This is a temp-to-hire position at a company with good benefits and a great team environment. This team member will assist with accurately and safely operating the required equipment and performing duties necessary to ensure the manufacturing of quality foam products for the automotive, medical, and aerospace industries.

This is a great temp to hire opportunity with weekly pay!

Schedule:

• 1st Shift Monday to Thursday 5:30 AM to 4:00 PM
• OT schedule: Friday 5:00 AM to 1:00 PM

Starting Pay:

• $17.00 per hour
