Peoplelink Staffing Solutions is proud to partner with a leading client in the Grandville area that specializes in custom foam solutions. We are currently seeking motivated individuals to join their team as Machine Operators.

Shift Available:

• 1st Shift: Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM – 3:30 PM; Friday, 6:00 AM – 10:00 AM
• Pay: $18/hr

Job Summary:

You will be responsible for the setup, operation, and maintenance of machinery in a fast-paced foam manufacturing environment. This is an excellent opportunity to grow with a company that values safety, precision, and long-term commitment.

Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate production machinery according to specifications
• Perform regular quality checks on products to ensure standards are met
• Monitor equipment during operation and troubleshoot minor mechanical issues
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Report any production or equipment issues to supervisors promptly
• Follow safety protocols and standard operating procedures at all times

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• Minimum of 3 years of continuous experience as a machine operator
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
• Ability to lift a minimum of 25 lbs
• Ability to understand basic math and read a tape measure
