Job summary

Ravago in Medina, OH seeks a 1st Shift Shipping & Receiving Supervisor to lead daily warehouse operations, ensure accurate inventory, and drive on-time delivery to internal and external customers. You will coach a team, monitor performance, and maintain safety and quality standards.

The role requires Bachelors preferred and 4+ years in logistics leadership; ERP/WMS proficiency, strong communication, and problem-solving skills are essential. Eligible for overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 4 years of related experience in a similar role, including people management.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise shipping operations: loading, staging, and outbound shipments.
• Oversee receiving operations: unload, inspect, and document incoming materials.
• Maintain accurate inventory levels with proper cycle counts and data accuracy.
• Lead and coach the shipping & receiving team; schedule and assign work.
• Ensure compliance with Quality Management System and ISO 9001 requirements.
• Train employees on procedures, equipment, and safety practices.
• Communicate with management and other departments to meet deadlines and KPIs.
