Job summary

Northrop Grumman Mission Systems is seeking a Logistics Inventory and Control Coordinator B to join its Baltimore team, responsible for material receipt, storage, and outbound accuracy while ensuring compliance with handling requirements and DFARS.

The role emphasizes process improvement through digital transformation, collaboration across departments, and maintaining precise inventory records to support factory readiness.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or 60 credit hours with math/science/IT courses.
• Three years’ experience in Inventory Management, Production Control, and/or Receiving.
• In absence of degree, six years’ experience in Inventory Management, Production Control, and/or Receiving.

Responsibilities

• Dock management – loading and unloading of material, including proper handling of sensitive material and other specialized material handling.
• Receiving - Verify packing slip to validate purchase order and line item, material received and quantity; process receipt transactions.
• Put-Away / Re-induction – Bin materials based on special handling requirements and maintain inventory locations.
• Picking – Pull material from designated locations and ensure proper packaging and tracking.
• Inventory Management – Perform cycle counts, resolve discrepancies, and support inventory improvements.
