Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree required or 60 credit hours with math/science/IT coursework.
• 3 years of Inventory Management/Production Control/Receiving experience in warehouse/manufacturing (or equivalent).
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; strong Excel skills; experience with MRP/ERP systems (SAP preferred).

Responsibilities

• Dock management and handling of sensitive and classified material.
• Receive, verify packing slips, and process receipts; ensure quantities match.
• Put-away, re-induction, and organize material by location with proper handling.
• Pull and package material for outbound delivery; update system transactions.
• Audit inventory accuracy and resolve discrepancies; support cycle counts.
• Release production orders and maintain kits per latest revisions; assist other coordinators.
