Qualifikationen

• HS diploma/GED required.
• One (1) year or more in sales and/or customer service required.

• Resolve customer concerns to customers’ expectations and follow communication protocol.
• Handle rental sales and the sales process for inbound calls and outbound outreach to generate leads.
• Coordinate with Maintenance and Asset Management to meet customer demands and manage inventory levels.
• Improve productivity through effective scheduling and planning.
• Generate purchase/repair orders and maintain files.
• Contribute to inventory control and warranty management.
