Job summary

Brakebush Brothers in Mocksville, NC is seeking a 1st Shift Lineworker to operate on the production line, monitor quality, and help move product from start of line processing to packaging.

Hours are 6:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday through Thursday, with weekend and overtime availability. Compensation is $19.14 per hour; this is a full-time position under Nonexempt classification.

Qualifications

• Must complete required safety training.
• Must be able to stand, walk, bend, lift and twist up to 10 hours per day.
• Successful completion of a pre-employment drug test and background check are required.

POSITION: Lineworker 1st shift

HOURS: 6:00 AM - 4:00 PM, Monday through Thursday, with availability to work weekends and overtime

COMPENSATION: $19.14 Hourly

REPORTS TO: Production Supervisor

EMPLOYMENT: Full-time

JOB SUMMARY: Works directly on production line, assessing for quality and facilitating product flow from start of line processing to packaging.

WORK DUTIES

WORKING CONDITIONS

Exposure to varying temperatures from warm to very cold; noise; humidity; moving vehicles; slippery floors; possible heavy and repeated lifting. Wear appropriate PPE and other equipment as necessary or required.

QUALIFICATIONS: Must complete required safety training. Must be able to stand, walk, bend, lift and twist up to 10 hours per day. Previous food processing/manufacturing experience a plus.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

Must be able to stand, walk, bend, lift and twist up to 10 hours per day. Must be able to lift/push/pull up to 40 lbs.
