You will read job jackets, follow specifications precisely, run the press efficiently, inspect output for quality, and verify packaging and labeling accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Tag press, label press, or similar experience preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret job specs and work orders.
• Accurate with calculations and measurements.
• Strong attention to detail and mechanical aptitude.

Responsibilities

• Set up the press, put on make-ready, and install chases
• Read job jackets and follow specifications accurately
• Run the press efficiently and inspect product throughout the run to meet quality standards
• Verify packaging and labeling are correct
• Calculate and record box, carton, and skid quantities
• Keep the press and work area clean, and follow all safety procedures
