Job summary

Job Title: Quality Control Inspector

Job Description

We are seeking three diligent and detail-oriented Quality Control Inspectors to join our stent graft manufacturing team. The ideal candidates will conduct QC inspections on raw materials, ensuring they meet our high standards for quality and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Perform mechanical inspection of raw materials using tools such as micrometers and calipers.
• Conduct visual inspections of serial numbers and documentation.
• Utilize microscopes to inspect materials such as wires, small screws, and packaging material.
• Ensure all inspections align with SOPs and quality standards.

Essential Skills

• Proficiency in quality control and inspection methods.
• Experience using calipers and micrometers.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Strong attention to detail, particularly with serial and PO numbers.
• Computer literacy and experience with documentation.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience using a microscope for inspection.
• At least one year of experience as an inspector in a regulated industry, such as medical device or pharmaceutical manufacturing.
• Familiarity with GMP standards.

Work Environment

This role operates in a cleanroom environment, requiring full gowning from hairnet to booties. The work schedule is Monday to Friday, 7:00 am to 3:30 pm. You will work alongside other employees in assembly and quality, following GMP regulations.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
