Job summary

Custom Filters Direct in Bloomsburg, PA is seeking a dependable Industrial Maintenance Technician on first shift. This hands-on role repairs production machinery, performs preventive maintenance, and supports automated equipment across the plant.

You will troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair equipment, maintain records, follow lockout/tagout and safety rules, and collaborate with production leadership to minimize downtime and keep facilities running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Experience in industrial maintenance or machine repair.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with automated production equipment preferred.
• Basic knowledge of electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic and facility systems.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair production machinery during breakdowns.
• Perform preventive maintenance to reduce downtime.
• Operate and support automated air-filter manufacturing equipment.
• Document repairs and maintenance activities.
• Follow lockout/tagout procedures and safety requirements.
• Assist with installing, setting up, and testing equipment.
