Job summary

Parker is seeking an Experienced Maintenance Mechanic to ensure safe, reliable, and continuous operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will troubleshoot, repair, and maintain industrial equipment, with strong electrical and mechanical expertise and the ability to read schematics and PLCs.

The role includes preventive and corrective maintenance, welding, and equipment setup, with opportunities to contribute to safety programs and lean maintenance initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experienced Maintenance Mechanic with strong electrical and mechanical expertise.
• Ability to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain industrial equipment.
• Understanding of mechanical and electrical schematics and PLC troubleshooting.
• Capable of preventive and corrective maintenance in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, test, and repair installation, maintenance, and upkeep of plant systems and equipment.
• Assist in removal, repair, or relocation of machine tools and setting up lines and machines for production.
• Diagnose defects and perform necessary repairs to equipment.
• Repair and maintain hydraulic equipment, plumbing, and related systems.
• Set up and operate arc and acetylene welding equipment.
• Plan, layout, and construct additions, partitions, benches, and shipping boxes.
• Coordinate hazardous material handling and disposal logistics.
• Read blueprints and sketches; operate scissor lifts and forklifts as needed.
• Participate in High Performance Teams and uphold strong safety standards.
