Job summary

Taco, Inc. is seeking an Assembler B for a Regular Full-Time, 1st shift, on-site role in the heat transfer product line. The position involves assembly, loading, painting, testing, and packaging of products with emphasis on safety and quality.

Responsibilities include reading drawings, using power tools and forklift equipment, and collaborating with A-level assemblers to meet specifications. Salary range is competitive with full compensation based on experience.

Qualifications

• Ability to frequently lift or move material up to 60 lbs.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Read and follow procedures and use drawings where interpretation may be needed.
• Basic math skills including decimals and fractions.
• Experience with power tools and material handling equipment.

Responsibilities

• Works from drawings and lean boards; uses power tools and lift equipment.
• Assembles items to specifications; collaborates with assemblers to ensure quality.
• Paints, packages, straps, and palletizes finished goods.
• Tests units on hydrostatic equipment; reports issues to supervisor.
• Operates forklift as required to move heavy materials.
• Maintains records; keeps work area clean and compliant with safety policies.
• Performs other duties as required.
