Job summary

AdvisaCare in Cedar Springs, MI is hiring Home Health Aides to provide private duty in-home care. You will work with one client at a time, delivering compassionate support in a comfortable, no-crowded environment.

The role offers 1st shift 8-hour positions, part-time and PRN availability, flexible scheduling, and competitive pay with weekly paychecks. Training, orientation, and ongoing support are provided to help you build meaningful relationships.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or GED required.
• Reliable transportation to service area.
• Ability to pass a drug screen and background check.
• Valid Driver's License and ability to travel within the service area.
• CPR certification preferred or required per employer policy.

Responsibilities

• Assisting client with ADLs.
• Transfers (Client is able to pivot transfer).
• Positioning.
• Bathing as needed.
• Catheter care.
• Accompany client to appointments as needed.
• Light housework such as changing sheets, sweeping and mopping.
