AdvisaCare is seeking compassionate Home Health Aides and CNAs to provide in-home care in Paw Paw, MI. You’ll build meaningful relationships with clients, deliver daily living support, and help individuals stay independent in their own homes.

We offer flexible weekday and weekend openings for 1st and 3rd shifts, a supportive culture, and benefits including 401K, medical coverage for qualifying employees, PTO, and weekly pay.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
• Experience in patient care preferred.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to pass background checks.
• Willingness to assist with personal care and household tasks.

Your Role:

As a vital member of our care team, you will assist clients with daily living activities, providing the companionship and support they need to stay independent and happy in their own homes.

• High School Graduate or GED
• Reliable Transportation

• Experience in patient care preferred

• Strong ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Ability to pass drug screening and background checks
• Willingness to assist with personal care and household tasks
