AdvisaCare in Cedar Springs, MI is seeking Home Health Aides to provide private duty in-home care. You’ll support a single client with personalized attention, building trust and delivering compassionate service.

We offer 1st shift 8-hour shifts with Flexible Scheduling, Part-Time & PRN options, and weekly pay. Enjoy a rewarding role where every day makes a difference in a client’s life.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED completed.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license required.
• Ability to travel within the service area and work independently with integrity.
• CPR certification preferred or required.

Responsabilidades

• Assist client with ADLs and daily activities.
• Perform transfers and positioning as needed.
• Provide bathing assistance when required.
• Care for catheter and manage basic health needs.
• Accompany client to appointments as needed.
• Light housekeeping tasks such as changing sheets, cleaning floors.
• Deliver compassionate, client-centered in-home care.

• Assisting client with ADL's
• Transfers (Patient is able to pivot transfer)
• Positioning
• Bathing as needed
• Catheter care
• Going out with client to appointments as needed
• Light duty house work such as: changing of sheets, sweeping and mopping etc

• High School Graduate or GED
• Reliable transportation
• Valid Driver’s License
• Able to work independently with integrity
• Good communication skills
• Ability to travel within the service area
• CPR Certified
• Ability to pass a drug screen/clear background
