Job summary

Randstad USA is seeking dependable Packers for the 3rd shift in Pottawattamie Park, IN. You will pack products into trays, cartons, or bags, ensuring accuracy and efficiency while meeting customer specifications. Responsibilities include inspecting quality before and after packing, maintaining a clean and organized work area, and adapting to a fast-paced environment.

OT and weekend work may be required. Dress code includes sleeves, no holes or rips, closed-toe non-slip footwear; safety gear

Qualifications

• Tolerance for noise and temperature variations.
• Ability to stand 8-10 hours.
• Able to handle up to 50 lbs.

*Join Our Packing Team on 3rd Shift!*

We're on the lookout for dependable individuals to join us as Packers, where precision matters, and the atmosphere is all about getting the job done.

Responsibilities

• Pack products into trays, cartons, bags, or containers efficiently.
• Identify acceptable or unacceptable product quality per customer requirements both before and after the product is packed.
• Keep work area clean and organized.

Shifts

3rd Shift: 9:50pm-6am Monday-Friday (OT and weekends as needed)

Qualifications

• Tolerate light to moderate noise levels (ear protection provided by the client).
• Walk up to 400 yards (non slip shoes required).
• Handle repetitive pulling/pushing, stand for eight - ten hours, and move items up to 50 lbs.
• Working in a fast paced environment.
• Ability to twist and bend repetitively.

Dress code

Shirts or t-shirts must have sleeves and be without any holes or rips. Pants without any holes or rips. No profane or suggestive texts and images. Closed toe and non slip footwear only.
