Job summary

Tyson Foods, Inc. is seeking a production supervisor to oversee all production operations at the Humboldt, TN facility.

The role will manage production supervisors, schedules, product rotation, and CCP verification schedules, while coordinating safety committee activities. The successful candidate will have 3+ years in manufacturing supervision (or 2+ years Tyson supervision) and may hold HACCP certification.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing supervisory role or 2+ years of Tyson supervisory experience.
• Familiarity with processing floor operations preferred.
• HACCP certification and a basic understanding of HACCP principals and the ability to perform CCP monitoring verification preferred.
• Knowledge of fresh meats processing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for all production operations at the facility, including managing all production supervisors’ departments, production schedules, product rotation, CCP verification schedules, and overseeing the safety committee.
• Review team members in these roles and develop and improve in any deficient areas.
