Job summary

Beneficial Talent Source in Cincinnati, OH is seeking a Manufacturing Associate to support daily operations in a window and door components facility. You will operate manual and automated equipment, participate in assembly, and ensure quality of finished products for shipment.

Additional duties include handling materials, packaging, staging, and general warehouse tasks with occasional overtime to meet deadlines and customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor manual and automated manufacturing equipment.
• Assist with production line assembly of finished products.
• Perform quality checks to ensure products meet standards.
• Prepare and modify materials for proper hardware fitting.
• Handle, move, and organize raw and finished materials.
• Prepare products for shipment, including packaging and staging.
• Assist with general warehouse duties as assigned.
• Work extra hours to meet production deadlines.

Job description

Position Overview:
Team members in this role may be responsible for a variety of tasks based on daily operational needs, including but not limited to:

• Running and monitoring both manual and automated equipment used in the manufacturing of window and door components
• Participating in production line activities related to assembling finished products
• Performing quality checks to ensure items meet required standards
• Preparing and modifying materials to allow for proper hardware fitting
• Handling, moving, and organizing raw and finished materials within the facility
• Preparing completed products for shipment, including packaging and staging
• Assisting with general warehouse responsibilities as assigned
• Working additional hours when necessary to meet production deadlines and customer requirements
