Advance Services Inc. is seeking a Packaging Associate in Bolingbrook, IL. The role offers a 4:00am–2:30pm schedule Monday through Thursday and a starting pay of $16.00 per hour.

You will join a team focused on accuracy in receiving, inventory control, and efficient material handling within a growing Chicagoland-based operation. Responsibilities include processing receiving docs, using RF scanners, performing forklift checks, and ensuring FIFO inventory.

Responsibilities

• Accurately complete receiving documentation for all raw materials and packaging, noting any damages at the time of receipt
• Verify purchase orders against bills of lading and assign KPFI lot numbers to each pallet
• Ensure proper inventory rotation using FIFO (first expiring, first out)
• Report any issues with ingredients or finished goods to the Supervisor and Quality Control team daily
• Use RF scanners to pick, stage, and store materials efficiently
• Load and unload trucks as directed
• Prepare and stack materials for outbound shipments
• Inspect trailers for cleanliness and quality using the BB Trailer Inspection form
• Communicate any shortages, damages, or discrepancies to the Warehouse Supervisor or clerks
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse, keeping aisles free of debris, pallets, and boxes
• Complete forklift inspection logs and ensure proper battery charging and water levels
• Maintain accurate receiving and shipping records
• Generate monthly disposal reports
• Perform monthly and annual physical inventory counts as directed by management
