Job summary

Enviro-Clean is seeking a 1st Shift General Maintenance Technician for Lincoln Consolidated Schools. The role supports maintenance, repair, and upkeep of the facility, with HVAC experience preferred.

Collaborate with the team to perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure safe operation of building systems. Responsibilities include routine maintenance, HVAC inspections, work orders, and supporting heating, cooling, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.

Qualifications

• HVAC experience or vocational training preferred.
• Basic knowledge of maintenance tools and equipment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Reliable attendance and dependable work ethic.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repair tasks throughout the facility.
• Assist with minor HVAC system inspections, troubleshooting, and preventative maintenance.
• Complete work orders in a timely, professional manner.
• Support maintenance of heating, cooling, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.
• Perform basic building repairs including filter changes, light fixture replacement, and minor equipment repairs.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas.
• Follow company safety procedures and maintenance protocols.
• Respond to emergency maintenance needs as required.
• Accurately document completed maintenance activities.
• Assist with seasonal grounds maintenance including lawn care and snow removal.
