Responsibilities

• Perform basic building repairs including filter changes and light fixture replacement.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas.
• Follow safety procedures and maintenance protocols.
• Respond to emergency maintenance needs as required.
• Document completed maintenance activities.
• Assist with seasonal grounds maintenance including lawn care and snow removal.

Job Summary

We are seeking a dependable and skilled General Maintenance Technician to support the maintenance, repair, and overall upkeep of our facility. The ideal candidate will have prior HVAC experience along with general building maintenance knowledge and a strong work ethic. This role works closely with the maintenance team to perform preventative maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and help ensure the facility operates safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities
