Job summary

Danfoss is hiring a General Laborer for the 1st shift in Cleveland, OH. You will move parts and materials through shop operations, operate forklifts and cranes, and stock materials for production and shipping. The role requires lifting, basic repairs, and routine cleaning as part of daily duties.

Two years of stockroom experience and forklift certification are required. The position offers full-time hours, on-site work, paid time off, and benefits as part of a comprehensive package.

Qualifications

• Two years’ experience as Stockroom Attendant or equivalent.
• Ability to follow simple instructions and learn process sequence.
• Certifications to operate a lift truck and knowledge of crane operation.

Responsibilities

• Move parts, tools, and materials through shop operations per process docs.
• Stock rough and work-in-process material; move to designated areas.
• Operate forklifts, cranes, and other material-handling equipment.
• Prepare, wrap, and pack materials for shipping; weigh and label shipments.
• Perform preventive maintenance on equipment and maintain PM records.
