Schedule

7:00 AM-3:30 PM
Approximately 40 hours per week
Weekends and holidays may be required
Days off are typically scheduled during the week

Key Responsibilities

Clean and maintain assigned airport areas according to established schedules
Collect and remove trash and litter from designated areas
Sweep, mop, and maintain floors
Dust, wipe, and sanitize surfaces
Clean windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces
Use cleaning products and equipment safely and correctly
Follow all airport safety procedures and company policies
Wear required uniforms and personal protective equipment
Monitor cleaning supplies and notify the supervisor when restocking is needed
Report maintenance concerns, safety hazards, and unusual situations promptly
Complete assigned duties accurately and within the required timeframe
Perform additional cleaning-related duties as assigned

Preferred Qualifications

Previous commercial cleaning or janitorial experience is preferred but not required
Familiarity with cleaning products, techniques, and equipment
Strong attention to detail
Dependable attendance and punctuality
Ability to follow instructions and established procedures
Good time-management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Reliable transportation to and from the airport
Ability to work weekends and holidays as scheduled

Airport Employment Requirements

Applicants must:

Be at least 18 years old
Successfully complete the required background check
Meet all airport security and credentialing requirements
Be able to obtain and maintain the necessary airport clearance
Present valid original identification documents during the hiring and credentialing process

Physical Requirements

This is a physically active position. Team members must be able to:
Stand and walk for approximately 98% of the shift
Bend, stoop, kneel, climb, balance, and reach
Use their hands to hold, grasp, carry, and operate cleaning equipment
Perform repetitive movements throughout the shift
Lift, push, or pull up to 80 pounds
Carry items weighing up to 80 pounds for 10 feet or more
Work safely on wet, narrow, slippery, or uneven surfaces

Applicants must present a valid state-issued ID, driver's license, or another acceptable photo identification document, along with the additional original documents required for airport credentialing. Acceptable documents may include:

U.S. birth certificate-not laminated
Unrestricted Social Security card-not laminated
U.S. passport
U.S. naturalization certificate
Permanent Resident Card
Employment Authorization Document
