Job summary

Elite Touch Cleaning Services is hiring Trash Pullers for Charlotte Douglas International Airport (CLT) to maintain a clean, safe, and professional environment. This is a hands-on role with constant movement through the airport and daily waste collection responsibilities.

The position offers a full-time schedule, weekly pay, and benefits, with opportunities for advancement within the company. Pay is $15.00 per hour, with a consistent day-shift arrangement.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift, push, and pull 80 pounds repeatedly.
• Able to stand and walk most of an eight-hour shift.
• Willing to work Saturdays and Sundays.
• Communicate in English or Spanish.
• Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Collect trash, cardboard, and recyclables throughout the airport.
• Empty waste containers and replace liners.
• Push and maneuver loaded trash carts.
• Transport waste to designated disposal areas.
• Keep trash rooms and disposal areas clean and organized.
• Respond promptly to service requests and safety procedures.
• Report spills, hazards, and equipment issues.
• Work cooperatively with team members and airport staff.
