Job Description

Position: 1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate

Type: Full-Time

Hours: 30-35 hours per week

Wage: $21.50 - $27.50 per hour (based on shift and schedule differential pay)

Shift and Schedules

• Shift: 1st Shift - 7:00AM start time
• Schedules:
• Schedule A1: Wed-Sun, off Mon-Tue. Pay scale increases yearly up to $30.00.
• Schedule A2: Fri-Tue, off Wed-Thu. Pay scale increases yearly up to $30.00.
• Schedule B: Rotating schedule working weekends, with pay increasing yearly up to $27.00.
• Schedule C: Every other weekend, with pay increasing yearly up to $25.50.
• Schedule D: Mon-Fri, off weekends, with pay increasing yearly up to $24.00.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise and prepare for shipment.
• Unload incoming shipments and perform cleaning duties.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team.
• Inspect products and operate equipment safely.
• Assist management in achieving goals and follow safety and ergonomic procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, and drive for success.
• Organized, efficient, and compliant with policies.

Skills and Education

• Ability to interpret policies, communicate effectively, and perform basic math.
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently or in a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift up to 45 pounds, move merchandise, and work in varying temperatures.
• Operate industrial equipment safely.
