Job Description

Position: 1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate

Type: Full-Time

Hours: 30-35 hours per week

Wage: $21.50 - $27.50 per hour (based on shift and schedule differential pay)

Shift: 1st Shift - 7:00AM start time

• Schedule A1: Wed-Sun; off Mon-Tue. Pay: Year 1 - $27.50, Year 2 - $28.25, Year 3 - $29.00, Year 4 - $29.00, Year 5 - $30.00
• Schedule A2: Fri-Tue; off Wed-Thu. Pay: same as A1
• Schedule B: 3-week rotating; working Sat-Sun 2 of 3 weeks; off 2 weekdays when working. Pay increases yearly up to $27.00
• Schedule C: 4-week rotating; working every other weekend; off weekdays when working. Pay up to $25.50
• Schedule D: Mon-Fri; off Sat-Sun. Pay up to $24.00

Duties and Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, load, and unload merchandise for shipment and receiving.
• Maintain warehouse appearance and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts.
• Communicate effectively with peers, suppliers, and management.
• Provide input for process improvements.
• Inspect products and report quality, safety, or sanitation issues.
• Operate equipment safely and independently within delegated areas.
• Assist in achieving warehouse goals.
• Follow ergonomic and safety procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, resilience, and efficiency.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities

• Interpret and apply policies and procedures.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Basic arithmetic skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift up to 45 pounds frequently.
• Move merchandise and operate equipment safely.
• Work in varying temperatures.
