You will follow established processes, use precision gauges, inspect finished units, and participate in Open Book Management while contributing to our employee-owned culture. The role emphasizes safety, efficient workflow, and quality to support our agricultural, industrial, and truck markets.

• Identify and disassemble core fuel pump units.
• Clean fuel pump components using approved methods.
• Use precision instruments and gauges to measure products.
• Assemble fuel pump components to final product specifications.
• Inspect finished units prior to shipment.
• Maintain excellent housekeeping and organized work area.
• Participate in and support Open Book Management and ownership responsibilities.

The Fuel Pump Rebuilder is primarily responsible for disassembling, cleaning, and assembling fuel pump units to customer expectations and company requirements.

Job Duties

• Follow prescribed safety procedures as needed
• Read, understand, and follow processes to remanufacture a complete fuel pump unit
• Identify and disassemble core fuel pump units
• Clean fuel pump components using chemical wash, soda blast, or other approved cleaning methods
• Use precision instruments and gages to measure product
• Assemble fuel pump components to final product specifications
• Serve as the final inspection of the product before being shipped
• Work area and work flow organization are critical to success of this position; therefore excellent housekeeping must be maintained
• Participate in and support the principles of Open Book Management and recognize the responsibilities of being a part owner of the company

Schedule

• 1st Shift 4:45 AM - 3:15 PM, Monday - Friday, Some Saturdays, Closed Sundays
