Job summary

Springfield ReManufacturing Corp in Springfield, MO is seeking a 1st Shift Fuel Pump Rebuilder responsible for disassembling, cleaning, and reassembling fuel pump units to meet specifications.

You will follow prescribed safety procedures, read and follow processes, identify and disassemble cores, clean components, use precision gauges, assemble to spec, and perform final inspection before shipment. This is a full-time, on-site role with strong employee ownership and rewards.

Qualifications

• The Fuel Pump Rebuilder disassembles, cleans, and assembles fuel pump units to meet customer expectations and company requirements.
• Read, understand, and follow processes to remanufacture a complete fuel pump unit.
• Identify and disassemble core fuel pump units.
• Clean fuel pump components using chemical wash, soda blast, or other approved cleaning methods.
• Use precision instruments and gauges to measure product.
• Assemble fuel pump components to final product specifications.
• Serve as the final inspection of the product before being shipped.
• Maintain excellent housekeeping and organize work area.
• Participate in and support Open Book Management and employee ownership.

Responsibilities
