Job summary

Springfield Remanufacturing Corp. is seeking a 2nd Shift Dyno Operator in Springfield, Missouri. This full-time role involves engine testing and assembly, using torque tools, and collaborating with the team to keep production on schedule.

You’ll work Monday–Friday 3:00 PM–1:30 AM with some Saturday overtime. The position offers hands-on work, a culture that values transparency and employee ownership, and opportunities for training and advancement.

Responsibilities

• Test engines, fuel injection pumps, or engine components using established written procedures
• Pay close attention to small details to make sure the end product meets high quality standards
• Work together with the Supervisor and the team to make sure the work process goes smoothly, and products are made on time
• Use both manual and automatic torque tools to do the work
• Keep your workspace clean and orderly to make sure you work safely and to present a professional look when interacting with customers
