Job summary

Voyant Beauty is seeking a Warehouse Person (U) - 1st Shift (Transportation) to operate forklift equipment and manage inventory movements across Receiving, Staging, Shipping, and Mezzanine areas. You will ticket, count, and place components accurately, while maintaining safety and efficiency throughout the plant.

Under supervision of the Warehouse Manager, you will ensure correct components are supplied to lines and returned to the warehouse, with duties spanning the full warehouse cycle and

Qualifications

• Must operate forklift or hand dolly or mechanical lift.
• Familiar with Inventory Management Bar Code System related to material movement.
• Experience in Receiving, Staging, General Warehouse, Line Supply, Shipping, Mezzanine, and Clean-up.

Responsibilities

• Operate a forklift, hand dolly, or mechanical lift.
• Understand and use the Inventory Management Bar Code System for material movement.
• Perform Receiving, Staging, General Warehouse, Line Supply, Shipping, Mezzanine, and Cleanup duties.
• Unload, identify, and count incoming components.
• Ticket and place components in designated warehouse locations.
• Move components to staging and to designated areas.
• Supply lines with correct components and return unused items to warehouse.
• Move finished goods to shipping areas and load trailers.
• Follow safety rules and maintain a clean, organized warehouse.
• May require additional duties as assigned by Warehouse Manager.
